RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

At God Smiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to make it right 

We will accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email hello@godsmiles.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur an $8 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@godsmiles.com

Exchanges

We will be replacing items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size please email hello@godsmiles.com. We incur an $8 handling fee on all exchanges.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
