Return & Exchange Policy
At God Smiles, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please review the policy below so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Not be a final sale item (final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable)
Damaged or defective items: If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@godsmiles.store within 30 days of receiving your package. Include a photo of the damaged item and we will take care of it at no cost to you.
Packages lost in transit: All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
⚠ FINAL SALE: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: An $8.00 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You need a different size of the same item
To request an exchange, email hello@godsmiles.store with your order details and the reason for exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please take these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company — posting times can vary
- If you've completed both steps above and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@godsmiles.store
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- International customers are responsible for all return postage costs
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
