Delivery
When will I get my order?
We typically fulfill orders within 3–7 days, after which they're shipped out to you. Here's a general estimate of shipping times by region:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and any external factors like carrier delays or customs processing.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities all over the world! Your order is printed and shipped from whichever location can get it to you most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For international orders, customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are not in our control — they're assessed by your local customs office and vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office directly before placing your order so there are no surprises on your end.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Before reaching out to us, here are a few quick things to check:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them
If everything checks out and your package is still missing, please contact us at hello@godsmiles.store with your order number and we'll look into it right away. Please note that lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of your estimated delivery date.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping costs will be at your own expense.

How are your products made?
All of our products are made through a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is printed just for you when you place your order! Our fulfillment partner has locations worldwide, so your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you for the fastest delivery possible.
How do I track my order?

I received a wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@godsmiles.store within 30 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Your order number
- Any other details about your order that might help us
We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a resolution. Your satisfaction means everything to us!
